4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our work remain with Tech Seven Ventures until full payment is received. Upon final payment, we grant you a license to use the delivered software/product as per the agreed scope.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a signed contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Seven Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
